We use strategic lawsuits and legal policy work to ensure that people's freedom is also protected online. Citizens must be able to exercise their fundamental rights in the digital space without fear of unjustified restrictions or exclusions. The internet is a central place for free expression, information, and social participation. But censorship, network blocks, and excessive content control threaten the digital public sphere. We are fighting against that.
