Lena Frerichs

Lawyer and Case Coordinator

Dr. Lena Frerichs joined the GFF in 2024. She is a fully qualified lawyer and case coordinator with a focus on equal rights and social participation. She studied law in Hamburg and Paris. She then conducted research at the Center for Legal Didactics and the Chair of Public Law and Social Law at the University of Hamburg. After completing her doctorate in social and constitutional law on the subject of “The entitlement to medical treatment according to §§ 4, 6 AsylbLG”, she completed her legal clerkship in Hamburg with stations at the social court, in social administration and at the GFF, among others.
