TOGETHER WE DEFEND FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS IN COURT!

The German constitution guarantees all people a life of dignity, freedom, and equality. Fundamental rights are the foundation of our democracy and our open society. A look at German history and the global situation shows that this foundation must be defended and strengthened — against the government, but also against large corporations.
That is why the Society for Civil Rights (GFF) defends fundamental rights in court. In this way, we ensure that they are upheld and fight to realize fundamental rights in new or previously neglected areas. This is our contribution to a strong democracy, to a more just society, and to sociatal solidarity with people whose fundamental rights are being violated.
