Helene Hahn

Helene Hahn is an expert on internet freedom. She advocates for effective, digital protection of human rights in politics. As an advocacy officer for Reporters Without Borders, she supported independent media professionals who were persecuted by the government. As a project manager, she was responsible for projects on freedom of information and cultural heritage. As a freelancer, she was invited by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights to serve as an expert on the right to participation and advised the German Foreign Office on strategies for foreign cultural and educational policy. Helene holds a master's degree in governance and human rights.
